All Mosquito Mister systems (excluding the economy series) have an integrated check valve that maintains pressure to outlying nozzles and ensures no backflow occurs.

In some designs, a supplemental check valve may be required to hold pressure. Situations where a check valve may be required: long uphill lines and long vertical rises.

For ease of installation, the check valve is marked with an 'arrow' indicating the direction of the flow
