This item is used to join 1/4" and 3/8" tubing runs. It requires a 3/8" push-to-connect fitting.
Use this in conjunction with a 3/8" Union Tee, Elbow, or Coupling to allow a 3/8" line (and fitting) to step up or down to/from a 1/4" tubing run.
